Cowtown Art Partners Teen Intensive (CAPTI)
Imagination Fort Worth is facilitating a summer program that includes outstanding partnerships with creative collectives and studios to offer a 2-week summer intensive for high school art students. The program offers serious high school students of visual arts the opportunity to delve into a variety of artistic media, methods, and techniques that are not offered in classroom settings.
About the Cowtown Art Partnership Teen Intensive (CAPTI):
CAPTI is a two-week (60-hour) intensive art program that has great appeal to aspiring young artists. The program exposes teens to hands-on experiences to anchor their drawing, painting, and sculpture skills as well as enhance their portfolio preparation.
This unique program is available to:
- 12 carefully selected High School Students
- Incoming Juniors and Seniors
- Students who would not otherwise be able to afford the opportunity
Application requirements:
- A simple written application
- 3 – 5 digital images of student’s artwork
- A teacher recommendation
- Student agreement to attend all sessions
- A parental agreement
