Texas Academy of Figurative Art: Summer Intensive
This intensive Afterschool program encompasses realist drawing and painting techniques, with an emphasis on direct observation.
During this program, Imagination Fort Worth and Sid Richardson Foundation team up with Texas Academy of Figurative Art to work one on one with 12 High School artists, nurturing student confidence and artistic skill-sets. Accepted applicants receive professional instruction, visiting artist lectures, professional art supplies, social-emotional development opportunities and more! Students do not need extensive experience in this field. However, a strong drive for improving artistic skill level and a desire to learn is essential. Up to 12 students will be gifted this one-of-a-kind opportunity via an application process.
